Patrick Connolly - Founder
In 1955, Pat Connolly was a young man full of Ambition. Hailing from the Small Town of Keady, County of Armagh in Northern Ireland. Pat decided to pursure his American Dream and moved to the States in search of education and enterprise. He first arrived to the South Bronx, and put himself through night school at Iona University while working janitorial day-jobs to get by. Pat proudly earned his CPA License and worked on Wall Street for the better part of a decade.
In the late 1970’s, Pat left the Corporate world in pursuit of his Entrepreneurial Passion and invested his savings to create a Restoration Firm which he worked tirelessly to build until it was a Success. Pat managed the greater part of Bergen and Passaic Counties for over twenty years. He raised a family of five children, and remained involved well into his nineties. Pat is remembered for his love of family, his faith, and his sharp wit.
Michael Connolly worked diligently to build the Business into a well respected Construction Company. He has dealt with all phases of Property Damage, Estimation, Appraisals, and Repair projects of all sizes. With over Forty years of work in the field, Michael has extensive personal knowledge in the complexities involved with Construction in the Northeast.
Michael has regularly been retained as a Construction Expert since 1988, bringing vital knowledge in order to settle countless Appraisals, Mitigation, and Reconstruction assignments. Michael’s experience and demand for excellence guarantees all work performed by Resto Corporation is exceptional. Over his pervasive career, He has established a reputation as a seasoned professional in the Insurance Restoration Industry.
Michael has been a resident of New Jersey his entire life. He is a proud Grandfather, and in his free time he enjoys boxing.
Chris Connolly represents the Third Generation to run the Business. Growing up in a Construction Family, he was exposed to all aspects of the Industry well before High School. Since taking on Operations, Chris has driven the Company’s regional expansion and depth of expertise across multiple Professional, Commercial and Environmental fields. While staying true to the Foundation of Fair Business practice in which the Company was Built. Chris has embraced the challenge, as the Company’s current portfolio has grown to include ongoing projects across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Chris believes you can both honor the Past while looking forward to the Future.
Chris has a breadth of knowledge in Business, Development, as well as the intricacies of Residential, Commercial, and Municipal Restoration Work. Chris is a Licensed Contractor across Four States, a Council-Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor, EPA-Certified Lead Abatement Contractor, and licensed Real Estate Broker in both New York and New Jersey. Chris has a Bachelor’s Degree from Syracuse University and a Master’s Degree from New York University. As well as related IICRC, HAAG, and OSHA Certifications.
Chris enjoys Sports, the Beach, and taking his son to the Zoo.
